2008 WEEKLY POOL MAINTENANCE WORK ORDER
  • All customers are required to fill out this work order in order to be placed on our schedule.
  • Each plan requires a 1 month deposit.
  • This contract may be cancelled by either party only by written notice at least ten (10) days prior to the date on which service is to be discontinued.
  • All weekly service plans include enrollment in off season maintenance services.
  • All services including pool opening/closing, weekly service, and repairs will be charged to your credit card.

Labor Rates & Service Charges

Pool Openings
(Chemicals not included)

February 27-March 31: $95.00/hr.
April 3-April 28: $110.00/hr.
May 1-May 31: $125.00/hr.
Estimates on Replacement Work: Free

Labor Rate: $105.00/hr.
Includes a two-man crew.

Winter Pool Maintenance: $49.95 (chemicals additional)

  • All customers are required to fill out this work order with a $150.00 credit card deposit in order to be placed on the schedule for pool opening.
  • All services including pool opening/closing, weekly service, and repairs will be charged to your credit card.
Terms and Conditions

All of us at Baker Pool & Spa cordially welcome you as a service customer. To eliminate any misunderstandings about our terms of sale, we would like to bring the following to your attention.

Terms of Sale: Payment is due upon completion of work.

The TERMS OF SALE and the manner of payment shall be governed by the laws of the state of Missouri and in the event legal action is initiated to enforce any rights there-under, Baker Pool & Spa shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred. Such action will be commenced within the County of St. Louis, in the state of Missouri.

Please be certain that our TERMS OF SALE are understood before signing this work order.

Baker Pool & Spa carries and will maintain liability insurance and workmen's compensation as required by law. Due to conditions beyond our control, Baker Pool & Spa cannot accept responsibility or liability for the present or future condition of the owner's pool or equipment. Baker Pool & Spa does not accept responsibility for damage to the pool structure and piping by reason of the water table rising above the lowest point of the pool when the pool is empty or by reason of any earth or ground fill movement. This includes cracking and leaks resulting from pool flotation. No rain days for weekly maintenance plans.

Opening, closing, and weekly maintenance plans may be cancelled by either party only upon written notice at least ten (10) days prior to date on which service is to be discontinued.
