Swimming Pool Services and Prices

• March 1- April 30 $120 per hour (plus chemicals)
  May 1 - June 25 $140 per hour (plus chemicals)
• (Typicaly takes 2 hours and includes the following)
• Remove the pool cover
• Drain water tubes or remove cover hardware
• Clean filters
• Brush pool surface 
• Start up pool equipment 
• Add start up chemicals 
• Install Nature II low chlorine system in filter (unless specified not to)
• Hose off deck
• Inspect automatic cleaner (if repairs are needed there will be a seperate charge)

• Follow Up Visits $90 (plus chemicals)  
  
• (1 to 3 visits to include)
• Water chemistry balance
• Cleaning debris from pool
• Add additional salt (if applicable)

• Clean and Store Cover $155 per season 

  Drain and Clean $600 (plus chemicals)
  (Includes the following)
  

• Drain pool
• Acid wash pool
• Re-fill and start up pool
• Chemicaly treat pool

• Plan A $44.95 per week (plus chemicals)
  Standard service for pools with automatic cleaners
• (Includes the following)
• Test and treat water
• Clean the filter cartridges
• Backwash the filter as needed
• Clean the skimmer and pump baskets
• Inspect the equipment and repair minor leaks
• Skim the surface of the water
• Inspect the automatic cleaner and make repairs if needed

• Plan B $79.95 per week (plus chemicals)
  Full service for pools without automatic cleaners
• (Includes the following)
• Manually vacuum pool floor every week
• Brush down steps and walls
• Plus all services included in plan A

• Plan C $65.95 per week (plus chemicals)
  Combo plan for pool and spa service
• (Includes the following)
• Test and treat spa water
• Rotate spa filters every week and clean them as needed
• Spa will be drained, cleaned, and refilled as needed
• Plus all services included in plan A

• Plan D $ (to be determined)
• A service representative will meet with you in your backyard and help design a service plan that fits your needs

• Basic Closing  $250 
• (Includes the following)
• Evacuate water from the plumbing lines and blow pool grade antifreeze through all pipes
• This includes any water feature that is plumbed into the main filter pump 
• Clean filter with high pressure nozzle
• Add winterizing chemical kit (liquid chlorine, metal magnet, and algaecide)

• Draining Service  $50
• (Includes the following)
• draining the pool to the proper winter level prior to closing

• Cover Installation  $50
• (Includes the following)
• Mesh Covers - elevating deck anchors, installing all neccesary hardware and cover
• Solid Cover - filling water tubes and installing cover
  

• Water Features  $60 per pump 
• (Includes the following)
• Winterization of water features that require a seperate pump
  

• Portable Spa  $75
• (Includes the following)
• Draining and winterizing spa on the same day as the pool closing
  

• Cleaning Service  $60 per 30 minutes 
• (Includes the following)
• Removal of excessive leaves and debris prior to covering the pool
• Please note: Minimal removal of leaves and debris is included in the basic closing

  Winter maintenance for pools with mesh covers

• Drain rain water out of the pool
• Test the pool water and adjust the chemistry
• Flush out the rain water from the skimmer and add antifreeze
• Inspect the pool equipment

• Plan 2 $99.95 per month plus chemicals
  Winter maintenance for pool with solid covers
• (Includes the following)
• Drain rain water from pool cover
• Clean leaves and debris from cover
• Test the pool water and adjust the chemistry
• Flush out the rain water from the skimmer and add antifreeze
• Inspect the pool equipment
